Okay I have 2 things to say:

1.) Where can I cap Shadow Prison for my PVE Assassin?

and

2.) Lately I've been seeing an increase in the amount of assassin and warrior builds that use this skill. Anyone found a good counter yet?

Blind, Anti-Melee, Snares, etc...will always help against melee characters.
