i need to know what improvements i need to make on my build these are the skills i have currently:
Energy surge,Empathy,Energy Burn, Backfire, Energy Tap, Remove Hex, Healing Breaze, and Ressurect.

stats
Dommination magic:20
Inspiration Magic: 13
Healing: 6
what can i change to make my build more affective...

Those stats are wrong. You can't have rank 20 on a skill. You've probably mixed up the skill points with the skill rank.

I can recommend http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Build:M...ng_Frustration for PvE. It's my current favorite there.

Well it depends on where you're using it. In PvE you dont need energy denial. Mosnter energy doesn't work quite the same as it does for characters, ot sure what it is, but they have an almost infinite amount.

In PvP the only good skill there is e-burn, just scrap it and look for ideas in the tested builds section of guildwiki

You can e-deny monsters. They just don't waste all their energy because they usually only have a few skills and they have to wait for recharges. Many of them also have e-mgmt skills.

and -assuming we are talking pve- empathy, backfire, and remove hex are all decent, or better, choices.

Do you have anything other than Prophecies?

I don't know any thing about Nightfall yet, but if you have Factions:

Drop Ressurection and take Resurrection Chant or even Rebirth

Drop Healing Breeze and take Ether Feast

Remove stats in Healing Prayers and put it into Fast Casting (get runes too)

If you are going for e-denial, drop empathy and get mind wrack

Your stats should be:

Domination: 12 (+rune and maybe headpiece)
Inspiration: 12 (+rune) or 11 + minor rune
Fast Casting: 3 (+rune and maybe headpiece - if you don't have one for domination) and any other remaining points that you took out of inspiration magic.
