Djinn essence

I've heard you can salvage rare gems from djinn essence i.e. ruby from ruby djinn essence. However, all I've managed to salvage is dust
Has anyone had any luck with this?

I have it's a rare thing though, kind of like salvaging amber from weapons in Factions.

rubies/sapphires/diamonds (ive never seen/salvaged a diamond essence tbh) are all rare salvages from their respective essences... keyword there is being rare. you get rare mats at the same rate from essences, in my experience, as say steel instead of iron from some weapons...

i let them pile up and then salvage a bunch at once, your results may vary :P

keep your high salvage inscriptions and use them on jeweled and ruby daggers and the ruby hammers

i've gotten rubies from jeweled daggers but not from the ruby ones just lots and lots of dust

I got a ruby earlier, from ruby essence, lucky day (also got a white and black dye, and a green).

I got a sapphire from sup salvaging a geode

i got a diamond from a diamond djinn essence.
