Does your hero use taste of death?

I have setuped my MM with taste of death and he doesn't seem to use it EVEN if i click it (put a check mark) and he's controlling 10 minions with full health. Kinda sucks since I want him to death nova + blow it up with taste of death. I've tried all modes agressive,defend, passive and non of it works. Is anyone else having this problem?

The AI uses it to heal themselves.

I do think I've seen people say the AI can minion bomb, but frankly, it's more effective as horror/fiend MM than bomb, and nova + taste are a waste of slots in this case.

No you don't. The AI does use it on his own, but only when he's at 25% HP or so.

More like <40%. It depends on how criticalally they need it.

you could try using the skill that kills minions (putrid death? no clue what its called) and makes a disease cloud. In fact, it makes for more powerful minion bombs at the same time.
