Anyone found which boss has this skill? Been looking for a while and haven't found it. It's a core skill so it must be around somewhere, anywho, if you know who has it and where, it would be much appreciated!

Well GuildWiki does not list it as being anywhere in nightfall as off yet it does however list:

* Priest of Menzies (Fissure of Woe)
The Priest of Menzies is a dark priest of the Shadow Army who holds an Unholy Text which the Eternal army wants to capture. He is the only boss in the Fissure of Woe.
Found in the Shadow Army encampment (if quest Army of Darkness is taken) in the Great Battle Field across from Kromril the Eternal.
So if your that desperate for it there is always that.
