Anyone know where you can find either the Weapon Crafter or Collector that gives out -5 20% Paragon shields or 15^50 spears?

Did you check the armor outside of Sunspears Santuary in Elonia.Where you get cow quest.The entrace to it with all those villigers.Also some collectors have some nice ones.If you can get on GWwiki it has the list.

There's a weaponsmith at Marga coast, head out from Sunspear sanctuary. Do not head into command post. Once you're at marga coast already, the NPC is around Chuno (the npc who has a crocodile pet).

Try the Collector Search, it's mostly complete for Elona (no maps yet). Collector rewards for staves/wands are a pretty big disappointment, but weapons/shields/focus items are still decent.

I think it has a problem with to much traffic.I cant seem to get on there (GWWIKI) either.I think they need to upgrade their 286's ...)

15^50 suntouched spears and a paragon shield of some sort is from a collector in shattered ravines near the portal to sulfurous wastes, also there's collectors in some of the torment towns for both 15^50 scythes and spears. They all trade for margonite masks.

You can also get one of those lion shields with exalted aegis stats for warriors.
