The 21k Challenge!!!

I had to force myself to uninstall GuildWars while my assessments are burning holes in my head, so until I get them out of the way I wont be able to log myself in and try to sneak past myself into getting a few minutes of gameplay :P.

So I decided to issue a challange, a 21k challenge if you will. I went on a little exploration tour looking at different areas of GuildWars and below you will find just a sample of what I have found. Your task is simple. The first person to find out where "all" of these pictures come from, will be the winner of 21 Platinum^^. A bonus NF green weapon will be given to the first person to identify where no.9 was taken from. I'll leave the actual name of the nightfall green, just so I can get more people interested in this thread :P. If there are no 100% winners by the time I log back in (I'll give 3 days notice) then I will give 1k per picture to the person who has the most correct answers.

This is the only format I would like to see:

Number of the picture
Name of the Campaign the picture was taken from (If applicable)
Name of the Area the picture was taken from

Some hints:
~The campaign that has the most pictures is in Prophecies
~All campaigns have been included including the Battle Isles
~None of the Pictures that were taken have been altered in any way

Number 9 has me stumped. It's not RA, because the sun is too big and the mountains are the wrong color. I want to say somewhere in Kryta, but you useally can't see the sun at all.
