Green Green Green!! Idea Idea!!

IDEA:

Haven't had the time to test his fully so I will give you a quick run down. While farming Vermins - one at a time I had my Henchies and Heroes sit by the door we came out of. So they where well off screen and names were greyed out. I then proceeded to kill the Vermins. I received every drop because they were so far away.

Plan:

This opens a door IMO to farming.

1. You could kill all the mobs with a full team of 8 and order them away before killing the main boss yourself.

2. You could kill everything except boss, then order everyone far away except this time maybe keep a Life Bonder (Hero) to assist you or even a Mesmer (Hero) to interrupt and blind.

Of course with plan 2 you do risk having to share with 1 NPC in regards to drop rate.

Now I haven't had the chance to test this fully - I know it works great with Vermins but - I'm still working out a build SOLO (Dervish). It might bear fruit for you.
If this has been posted before - I just didn't see it - So Kudos if it has...

I knew about this idea back in Prophecies. I just couldn't order hench around. lol

omg.. u killed the henches in sf with the stompers.. dam should have thought of it

i think that you can solo each boss now with the moveable henchies. but monk bosses are still hard :P

heh yeah this one dawned on me about a week ago when I posted it (in that thread linked above)........I'm starting to think maybe I shouldn't have posted it, between the 'i hope this doesnt get nerfed' posts in it, and those who STILL don't understand and need to be hand held

not that this helps here but I posted a much more in-detail guide in my guild's forum (send $10 to my paypal acct for an emailed copy plzkthx) specifying in general which builds work against which profession boss, how to scan your zone for opportunities, etc........
