"Protector of Tyria" Groups

I've been working my butt off trying to get into groups and such, and wow... hasn't it been a pain. I find myself in Ring of Fire trying to land some bonus and through the confusion we realize the monks bring Ele spells and some healings, and confused Necromancers wacking away with Cyclone Axe. Many do not know what Infusion is and get so mad at the 'glitch' when they die so quickly.

Other missions are deserted; Riverside Province for example...

So I thought of why don't I try and setting up groups via guildwarsguru.com with people with the same intention of landing the Protector of Tyria without the hassle of PUGs. With this handy guide it should be relatively easy. It would take like 4 hours at max, schedule a day with other people and then hit it!

Depending on your playing times (and timezone) I have a couple of characters that can help you out.

good idea, riverside province is a hard mission with henchies, so i'd like to join in. I have six characters, 4 of them are trying to get protector of tyria. My main character is a monk Manon Xaphikon, add her if you wish, PM me in game and we can do the bonus.

at RoF make sure you always join groups with mission and bonus, abbadons mouth is an exception, as the bonus takes to long for those lazy people to do both, but at RoF (coop) and hells precipice, the bonus is fairly easy, in both you ahve to slay mobs, which are on your way, just don't join mission only groups.

I don't know if you're monk but if you are you may find it much easier to get teams with bonus, as the monk is the most powerfull person in a party, a party without monk usually fails mission, so tell the party leader you only join if you are going to do bonus too, if not?, leave, most of the time he will agree as monks is high demand for ;-)

I'd be happy to help out with the quests I still need. I'm currently just starting the Crystal Desert, so if you're going to complete the regular objectives as well, I'd be really interested in joining. Completely understandable on the difficulty you're having. I've been there many times, and have four characters with the title right now. So, if you need some help I'm always willing to lend a hand. 2. Change to american dists

.....totally worth it, had to pay a dude in my guild to help me on one of them, only 1k though, and considering I got payed 15k for helping a guy in my guild, it wasnt too bad

....its been replaced by lightbringer anyway now

did mine mostly with henchies (and one guildee, my hubby)....but totally understandable.....still need to kill that dang dragon glint!!! (3 characters still need this one, learned how to camp the king in thk and then did it with my hubby and henchies...was really really easy). And dunes with my non-necro characters........
