Stuck with no new primary quest....

Ok, my husband has managed to get his Necromancer stuck. The last mission that he did was Kodonur Crossroads. He also did the quest for Margrid and received a reward, but he doesn't have Margrid as a hero available. (I chose Master of Whispers, so I can't help him. I have no clue what he's supposed to do next.) Is he supposed to have Margrid as a hero? If so, and it bugged, is he screwed? Can anyone help me get him back on track?

Ok, after further questioning...(he's mad right now, it's hard to talk to him when he's mad..), it seems that he had another quest active at the same time. (Some drake flesh quest.) When he put drake flesh in the cage, his "For a Price" quest updated although he hadn't strong-armed Shifty, etc. The quest log said he had and to talk to Shifty to get his reward. He did that. However, Margrid was not out there and thus, no "No Me, No Kormir" quest. So...any ideas?

Like the quote says ^^^, have him step into Marga Coast. Regardless of whether she was there or other quests interfering, She *should* be out there on Marga Coast.

Yay! She was there. *whew* Crisis averted.

I found that some quests/missions don't open up until you've chosen a secondary class.

I am having the same problem. Can get to Shifty but Margrid still hasn't appeared.
