Same here. In the Preview Event it was in Lahtenda Bog. I have now cleared Lahtenda Bog 4 times & no hippo.

get a flamingo, they're way better, and you can name it things like "I hate bleach" "Pink Stinks"

Nahh I want a hippo. Already have a crane on another toon & that's close enough to the flamingo for me.

There is no apostrophe in hippos.

so what

aaaa what about a panther oooooo :P

yeah they were evidently replaced by Crocodiles. It's quite possible this was a reference to Steve Irwin..

its a friggin crocodile, why do you people have to asume ther are random connections to other things?

you find them in a swamp, is it so weird for a croc to be in a swamp?

Any lions in this game since it's in africa... I want a lion!

yup i have seen a lion. bt its basicly a lynx from proph with a mane tossed on

What kind of FOOL would completely remove those adorable hippos from the game, no matter how cool a crocodile is.

I'm going to cry if they're completely gone. I didn't need a new pet, but they were the best pets EVER.

People should really strive to keep the actual game as good as the preview, you know?

Hyena!

Anyone seen that giant rat?

Lion, Lioness, Rat, Crocs, Flamingo, what else?

omg i want a hyena!

crap, now I gotta make a partial ranger or two.

The hippo was tempting but now a hyena as well...

Where did you spot the hyena?

Around the desolation area.
