So... I know a lot of other people have noticed this too, but for those who haven't:
Farming seems to have been big time nerfed. I have only tried it with one character, my Ele at the Trolls outside of Drok's.
Here's what happened:
I enchanted myself with Mending, Essence Bond, and Balthazar's Spirit.
I ran toward the cave. Upon aggroing monsters, I enchanted myself with the skills Protective Spirit and Spirit Bond. I continued to run toward the cave.
I refreshed the skills as they timed out, nothing weird there.
I made it to the cave.
I aggroed a large group of Trolls, as per my normal farming ritual.
As the group enclosed around me, I cast PS and SB again, encasing myself in healing goodness.
Not more than 1 second later, Spirit Bond was removed and I died.
It had not timed out. I was not interrupted. It was on maybe 1 or 2 seconds of enchated time, with 6 or 7 seconds still remaining.
It was stripped. By Trolls.
No way. I tried again. Re-applied my enchants, and ran back to the cave.
Same thing happens again. I'm now at 30% dp with a look of sadness on my face.
-- From what I hear other people saying, Monsters at level 20 or above can now strip enchants.
To get this out of the way, I wasn't farming Trolls for money. I've recently been trying to "complete" each of my characters by fully unlocking all skills (elites and non-elites) on their respective classes, so when NF is out, I can go cap the new skills and fiddle with any new build I come across. I was farming skill points, not money. I know that farming Trolls is less than lucrative on the totem pole of farming. Please don't get this fact wrong, and flame me for LOL FARMING TROLLS FOR MONEY LOL
So...I don't know if anyone's tried any other spots with any other characters, but Drok's = out of the picture for 605, 105, 55 builds now. SAD FACE!
