Is this a legitimate email from Arena Net or some attempt at obtaining my account information? Could I get an answer from an Anet rep on this?

Subject: Guild Wars account settings

I'm assuming those are links (green and brown lines)? I wouldn't click them, because wouldn't this email be sent out to everyone? I haven't had one, it's best to avoid it, or even contact Guild Wars support and ask them if it is legit.
