Still no PBP in Norway ?

I've been looking around (and I did try searching on this site) - but I can't find the PBP here in Norway, or on any of the online-stores I trust to deliver.

Has anyone seen it? Arenanet claims the boxed version should be available, but I can't find it nor the online key only version.

The few sites that have begun (finally) to take pre-orders for Nightfall makes no mention of the PBP content either...

I really want it, and I'm really disappointed now

Yea, the Presale Bonus Package I think pbp is what arenanet "officially" calls it? And in the meantime, the topic I tried to search for but couldn't find has popped up... seems someone found it.

Anyways, the state of the Presale stuff here in Europe seems to be a total mess. Which is a shame
