Recoving an e-mail and password

I'm posting for a friend actually, my account is secure thankfully.

My friend recently had someone change his account ID, and probably his password too...

On the NCsoft support page, there is a form for recovering his log-in name (the e-mail adress) and a seperate form for recovering the password....

The problem is, it will e-mail the password to the existing e-mail adress for the account... which is not his.

How can he change the e-mail BACK to his own, when he doesn't have the password?

contact customer support to report a stolen account.

open a support ticket
the first response is auto respond so reply to that *this did not solve my problem* to be bumped to a tech.

you will be required to semd (snail mail) proof of purchase including the original key used to set uo the account not just a copy.

when you get the account back expect to have all valuables gone and there is a firm (actually it is impossible) to restore lost items
