0 gold drops while troll farming

Havent played the game for a while, know some things done changed etc Anyway i want to ask U guys if its normal to not get even one gold drop after 50 runs? The only golds re these dumb scrolls from krogg smush boss and thats it. Its still kinda profitable farmin them- about 1k a run + troll tusks/collector items income but still they should drop some better items

Yeah, that's a VERY normal thing. They nerfed troll drops forever ago. Most you'll ever get is probably a decent mod on a Purple or Blue.

I got 2 gold drops on 1 troll run once...they were crap XD

Well, for Gold DROPS, none that I can think of. For Merchant Gold and a decent amount of time for a 5k run it's Hydras.

take a day or two from troll runs and the golds will drop at least that works for me or im just lucky

Got 3 gold Feathered Long bows in 3 consecutive runs today.. random

I've had my fair share of gold drops in the past while troll farming (wether it was power leveling or what ever)
I did get a 10/10 req 9 fire magic raven staff, still have it actually, looking to sell it lol.
I've had quite a lot of crappy golds, like a few fellblades and stuff.
Got a black dye once too =D

Imo the best and quickest farm is Shro'ken farming, done by a mo/me or a me/mo

Yeah troll farming isn't supposed to be about gold drops. It's supposed to be about the sheer amount of items (in which case, gold) you can amount in an hour compaired to another type of farming.

It's not really about gold drops. When I do my troll runs, 3/4's of the time if there's a gold drop it's from an avicara/tundra giant not a troll.

You could take out the word gold in the thread title and I still wouldn't be suprised.

i did a troll run to cap escape and to my surprise i got a req 9 gold fiery dragon sword. decided to test my luck and got 2 raven staves and about 6 troll tusks and called it quits.

i farmed for the first time in ages the other day and got 4 drops and i hadent farmed for ages so it couldnt be farming code then i went to farm elonas minotaurs and normal drops there....????

WOW! i got my gold item too... finally trolls drop me one useless stupid shield

i wonder if there is any connection between how fast monsters re killed and drops- because when i ve changed the bulid so im killin em twice as fast suddenly some golds appeared. they re all crap anyway

Trolls have always and will always drop crap. The golds they drop, have always and will always be 99% crap. I've been farming them on and off for a long time, and I mostly do it to test solo builds now, never thought it was any good to make some decent $$... Just go solo UW or FoW, you'll make more money...

lol. complain, complain. i usually get a gold every 5 runs or so, so i dont know whats up with you guys.....and lets say i get 10 golds. odds will be that 2 will be good, 3 will be decent, and 5 will be crap. thats how my luck works, so you guys are just unlucky. lol. troll farming ftw
