Lies! It was totally easy. After I had the quest that gave you 4 L15 NPCs, that were supposed to kill the insect queen down in the quarry.

Quest accept/refuse buttons have always been amusing (a personal favorite is the refuse button for a quest in Maatu Keep that says "convince them to stay? Heck, I'm joining them!")

Yeah, the first Stone Face qeust gives you 'Eternal Bliss' as a reward, and here's me thinking it was a skill. Funny stuff.

You run into Jatoro Musagi in Kodlonu Hamlet. LOL.

No need to stick around...the dialogue will follow you everywhere and keep popping up in your face and getting you killed, even if you are a mile away, until you beat the quest.

Or... you could just turn it off in options...
