10e 1 cast 10 recharge

For 40 seconds (10 divine) your healing prayer spells cast 50% faster. Holy haste ends if you cast another enchantment.

Pros:

This skill makes the healing line viable for competative play and GvG. It last a very long time.

Cons:

Because you cannot cast another enchantment you cannot cover holy haste on your own.

This is great with healing light. Healing light is cheap after the energy return and is a big heal. Holy haste unfortunatly works against healing light because of the enchantment condition.

Biggest con is you cannot use RoF. RoF is the most effecient heal on the game and req very little in prot to make it very effective.

I'm having a lot of trouble with this skill. The cons seem to outweight the pros.

hmmm

orison, etheral, glimmering, holy haste, Dwyana's kiss, GoR(e), DS, Restore life

though the 10 e cost is a killer - but lowered by DS

i guess it can work in pvp where you have r/me harrasers...

in pve, probably good with etheral light, (less likely to be interrupted) and restore life (esp in heat of battle which you need to rez, where rebirth is a worse alternative)

also does it stack with minus cast time in wands and foci?!

So this can get you a guaranteed half cast time of a resurrect?

I like this skill very much because my typical pure heal build for PvE will have no enchantments, and it's only weakness is the 1 second cast times means I can't catch spikes so well. Thanks for a great skill Anet.

Revitalise + Holy Haste = 2 second Res Chant.

Can't wait to see the builds people come up with mixing the new skills together.

recharge decreases from seperate skills do not stack beyond 50%. This was changed a long time ago when QZ + serpents quickness started being used together.

The skill looks like a great idea the number of times I've seen some ele or other softer caster get hit so hard by monster mobs in the underworld or elite missions that there long dead before I can even cast WoH or other healing spell on them. 50% cast time would allow me to make those critical saves.

Normally its a "sorry my bad" but frequently it's a "OMG J00 HaV 2 HEEL ME!" ¬_¬
Holy haste would definatly help with just going completely mental on the healing for GVG or Poor PvE Teams whitch love to spike themselfs.

Combining it with healers covenant looks like a good idea... as you maintain the covanent you can put that on first then go crazy with the holy haste. Effectivly granting yourself an overdrive monking mode. Don't know if the cooldown would end up begin too much of a bottleneck for that idea to work in the end.

Revitalize looks like a better option for me and the tanking eles however.

(unless the same restriction applies with casting time too)

holy haste is amazing, for tombs/HA at least. you could almost get away with not running an infuse. heal party is also amazing under holy haste.

as for gvg, theres just not enough room to pack many healing spells into your skillbar without sacrificing valuable utility skills to make holy haste worth bringing. as a monk, you will typically need a protspirit/spiritbond 1hexremoval 1condiremoval and energy management. you are left with 3-4 slots that you COULD bring holy haste and 2-3 other heals, but it probably won't be as effective as say, rof+gift of health+sig of devo, at the typical hybrid monk spec. also factor in how often protspirit/spiritbond needs to be cast, cancelling holy haste every X seconds. running a pure heal monk could avoid the problem, but pure healers simply have poop for self-sufficiency.

yeh... it seems this spell is to buff the slow casting time of heal spells...

we will see how good it is when nightfall's out and builds are made from it....

Or, you just need enough disruption to make the initial spike non-lethal..

you buff up the healing speed but your energy management can go down...

I seen Fame Factory use it combined with Ethereal Light which has a lesser chance to get interrupted...

So this skill is prolly gonna change Seed in HA or not used at al with a 10 secs recharge time Channeling is not a big problem...

Are you sure about the explenation, is it all enchantments or only Monk enchantments?
