Fragility

Does anyone know if crystal wave will still trigger condition removal dmg with fragility?

I don't know for certain, but I can't see why it wouldn't.

well what i mean is it cures all conditions on foes who take dmg from it

Fragility triggers upon receiving and removing conditions. So, in short, yes crystal wave does trigger the damage from fragility if you meet the requirements.
