Good builds for R/E and R/Me ?

P
Very simple template for a Ranger damage build.
1.) Attack Skill
2.) Attack Skill
3.) Interrupt
4.) Preperation
5.) Evasion Stance
6.) Utility Skill (Throw Dirt, etc)
7.) Switch Skill (second interrupt, hex removal, trap, Troll Ungent, etc)
8.) Rez Sig
For attack skills (you don't neccessarily need two...) Penetrating Attack is easily one of the best.
Always have at least one interrupt when you can spare the room. Not only is interrupting one of the Ranger's biggests utilities, but you can deliever little miny 'spikes' by following one of your attack skills with an interrupt for a quick burst of damage.
You've any number of skills you can play with as your utility skill. Just experiment and find somethign you like. Really this is the slot designed to help the rest of your team.
For a /Me I usually take some form of hex removal... but that's about as far as I take my mesmer skills... Unless I'm PvPing. Distortion is decent as an evasion stance, and the hex/enchant removal spells are handy... but I would shy away from everything else mesmer with your Ranger in PvE.

Tell you what, Ren. I'll give you my build. I use it all the time for pve and it works most of the time, except in maps like UW, SF(sometimes actually) and the other tougher missions.
