Heres my build- I wanna know what you guys think. Im only at the marketplace, so i dont have an elite yet.

R/Mo

Dont know attributes off the top of my head, ill edit when i know.

Skill Set:
1. Kindle Arrows
2. Troll Unguent
3. Distracting Shot
4. Throw Dirt
5. Savage Shot
6. Sundering Shot (i think?)
7. Healing Breeze
8. Res (not siggie, spell)

Positive criticism would be nice. I would also like to know what elite I should be looking for. Im kind of a noob, so any help would be appreciated.

Why are you using breeze? Drop healing prayers and spread those points around your ranger attributes. Consider using the expertise skill "whirling defense" in it's place

I'd replace kindle arrows with apply poison, if you have more than one opponent apply does more damage, especially at low attribute points.
You don't need healing breeze, rely on troll ungent. If you want defense, take storm chaser (for runnning away far enough from battle to use troll ungent) or whirling defense.
Resurrection Chant is better than Resurrect, less risk of getting you teammate killed right after res.

Poison Arrow and Punishing Shot are prophecies skills, so I assume you can't get those. If you do have prophecies I'd recommend Practised Stance (used with Choking Gas), Melandru's Arrows and Crippling Shot.

My favorite elite is Enraged Lunge, closely followed by Ferocious Strike. But they're not exactly perfect for an interruptor...
Barrage isn't too bad, but I suspect poison spam is more effective, and interferes less with interrupting. It's worth capping.
Broad Head Arrow can help you get past some ele and rit bosses easier.
I haven't capped Quick Shot, but it looks like an elite that would fit well in your build.

Your build is fine for lv10-18. I know first time pve new comers have alot of limitations, such as no access to elites and better equips. Monetarily as well.

As long as you're doing ample damage and you're surviving well with your self heals, you can stick to it until you're strong enough for elite caps. By then, you must be able to identify what your character's primary role is, and how it contributes to the team. Go for the right elites.
