Enduring Toxin:For 3 seconds, target foe suffers 5 Health degeneration. If that foe is moving when Enduring Toxin would end, Enduring Toxin is renewed for another 3 seconds.

Recuring Instability (E): For 8 seconds, target foe suffers from -3 Health degeneration. If that foe is Hexed again, Recurring Insecurity is reapplied.

Other skills
All other skills are protection skills and sprinting skills

If the renewal of Enduring Toxin renews Recuring Instability, those turtles and Juggernauts will have a -8 degen their entire trip, as they don't really stop for anything.

Add to this Dancing Daggers and Entagling Asp to add poison degen too.

the turtle at aspendwood stay move than 3 sec.

It would be very good at Jade Quarry since they constantly moving.

That is a good point, does the reapplication of enduring toxin because the target is moving reactivate recuring instability?

With a Necro around, Soul Barbs could add ~20 dps.
