Getting to TA easily?

I'm having a bit of a problem getting that required 5 consecutive wins to access Team Arenas, as most of the people I get grouped with in RA are absolute morons. Anyone know of a way to get there without too much hassle?

Bit harsh here but:
Don't team with W/Mo's, or anyone not using FoTm builds ( builds that not involve mending )

Pray for a good boonprot, that's 1/2 of the way there.


Use the Yanssassin build.

At least 1/3 times I go into RA, I get 5 consecutives.

Play a monk/spirit spammer.

There is no easy way. Just hope that you get a well balanced team and just keep at it.

as far as the comment of "morons" goes... please keep in mind that random arenas is where a good majority of ppl go when they want to test out a new build... you just have to take the good with the bad.

plus many 'first-time' players will make a pvp character (and i dunno about you but it took me quite a while to 'get' the game handling down... which is a pretty big part of a win...)

If you are looking for a good team... DONT go to random arena... its really really useless for anything but kickin back for a good Random time...

on the other hand... keep in mind the other team is just like you... total strangers with nothing else better to do.


MY ADVICE----->>>>>

considering any good team in RA will have a healer-> make yourself a pvp character Healer... even if youre healing skills are not up to par with someone whos been doing Hells Precipice etc-> id imagine you would have a much higher chance of success because your team will always have a monk

ive found that my ritualist has like 5 glad points, and my warrior still has none- and my warrior is 14 months old!

Well Imo, either run a monk, or get a friend to run one, and " spike " enter the random arena at the same time

he wants to get to TA though, so no way around that
rit spamming is one of the easiest ways, it just takes about an extra 2 minutes each round
boon/prot is always guaranteed 5 as long as you get a team that can do damage
but yeh there really is no easy way, since it is random anyway
dont sync enter, thats just lame
