I have been trying to solo this mission with my Axe Warrior/Monk. I just can not finish this mission. I do great up to the point when the Elementalist boss comes what am I doing wrong? I camp on the king, but when the elementalist comes and I go after him/her my henchies seem to always die and then I am overpowered by the remainder of the forces. Any hints?

It can be done with henchies alone, but I suggest just go with real players. Also remember to use the catapults.

Remember that enemies do not spawn until you kill the boss that comes before them. Always, ALWAYS kill the bosses only when you have nothing else to kill.

Oddly enough, I had the exact opposite experience. I tried with PUG's 11 times and failed. I beat with henchmen on 2nd try.

I would suggest ignoring the catapults, stay right on top of the king. Never go out into the courtyard no matter what. I never went more than halfway down the stairs EVER. Let all the monsters come to you. I lost one henchman and was able to rez within 10 seconds. I was a R/MO.

And already you have all the advice you need to take THK. Got my mesmer, ele and ranger through that way, hardest was being a squishie and the warrior boss.
