Touch ranger with Prophecies only?

Is it even possible because in GW wiki site, there is a Vampiric Bite which is in Factions. I'm wondering if I can still do the build?

Nothing stops you from running a touch ranger without Vampiric Bite, though you won't be able to spam life stealing skills as quickly. Touch rangers were around prior to the release of Factions; they just weren't nearly as ubiquitous as they are now.

Yes, without vampiric bite you should bring touch of agony along. It's a little more fragile, but more aggresive.

Are you talking for PvP? If so, then I probably wouldn't bring Awaken the Blood - ouchie!

For solo PvE though, I always used to use Escape instead of Offering of Blood... insane defence is a necessity, and you've always got a wand!
