I like the Clouded Maul skin, and want a max one for my warrior. Anyone know where max Clouded drop?
I know tons of them drop from Vermin in Skyway, but I've probably seen two dozen and none has been max.

nahpui quarter, they drop in that mission also

But since vermin are after Nahpui and those aren't max, would the ones in Nahpui be better? Wiki says only 'City districts in Cantha'. Luck of the drop I guess. I hope you find one.
