Question about the auction!

I couldn’t find a relevant topic to stick this in so please move it to the most appropriate thread.

I sold an item through the guild wars guru auction site but have been unable to contact the buyer. I have seen him online several times but when I pm him he just goes off line. I emailed the auction admin but have had no response. What can I do now, I’m stuck in limbo! Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello I'm new to this as well but for what I've seen the seller reserves the right to not sell his item if he decides the price wasn't enough. But then again I might be wrong for I've seen in the notes on some other people's auction that says " I reserve the right to not sell this item if the price I wanted was not reached."
Please guys some clarification of this also, can they do that?

I'm positive that Dralspire will contact you as soon as he is available. If you just sent a PM or e-mail, he may not see it until he is off work. I may also recommend to use the Guild Wars Guru IRC for real-time requests. Most of the time you will find Admins/SuperMods/Mods on IRC.

Additionally, posting player names or screenshots about a dispute is against the User Agreement (See link near bottom of the forum page). You should e-mail the snapshot or provide a link for the Admin to review online.
