-2 prot bond?

IS it possible to have 'Protective Bond' at only -2 energy a hit?
cuz .. i got my prot at 16 and a +1 20/20 and it wont cast a -2
is said # even possible??

No, it isn't, this was nerfed a while back because the original "105" monk build was deemed too powerful.
