Gee all I wanted to do was check my new armour out, I was 1/2 asleep lastnight and couldn't really see what dye mix I was using or otherwise, it was a bit of a dogs breakfast I would presume. Upon selecting my character I keep getting error 13.. unlucky for most it would seem from everyones responses. I'm just sure that ANet wants someone else to have favour for a change..

Oh yeah it's down OK, but only European servers apparently. After I'd fought my way through SF and finally managed to get Tanzit Razorstone to drop his axe I erred out of the game before I could bloody pick it up.

Now I can't even get into the game because of the Code=013

No, the game isnt down. Some other people are having the same problem and have posted in a thread in the techinical forum. I suggest you go over there to that thread.

i just logged out from a 4 hour no break period, the game was working just fine, so the game isnt down, the servers where they are hosted for different sections might be down.

Finished a gvg match (we won yay - top 100 as well) and at the end failed to reconnect with servers (code=13)

After about 20 mins of waiting the team and myself all got logged off, with err=7 stated as the reason. Still unable to log back on.

Logged off, watched tv. Opened clience, dowloaded bunch of files. Logged back on, selected character. Error 13, cant play game. Me mightily pissed of. Me had guild vs guild 10 minutes ago. Me aims bazuka at a-net. Me satified.
