cannot buy a new chara slot :(

i think there's something wrong with my play nc account..i live in brighton, in england, and as such, thats in my billing address.
buuuuut...when i try to buy a slot, im told this:

"You selected a US state, but did not select US for country. (code=1751030)"

there's more than one brighton in the world you know

..on the plus side i made 50k in sales whilst hangin out at kaineng hoping the problem would resolve itself

I made a bit of cash in kaineng too bought 3000 medallions for 20k.

Its an american thing, if you dont live in the states you cant buy (since you cant choose your state/province whatever if you choose another country...boooo.

Its funny hows its an american thing yet we're paying in pounds.

I hope this issue is resolved asap.

It's an "American thing" due to ignorant people who rather flame up and bash on America than say they are working on it. OF COURSE, it will be fixed Europe and Asia is part of the game they wouldn't allow one part of the server to be left out.

So of course it's Americas fault.
