Hmmm....

There is a bug I would like to report with the PvP weekend ANET put togather. When I make a new character as a Dervish or a Paragon, I do not start with any skills.

This must be a bug. It would take a complete and utter idiot to put togather a preview weekend where you couldn't preview anything. I mean, that would be right up there with getting involved in a land war in Asia! It would be the acme of stupidity. Please fix this bug so I can actually preview the stuff on preview.

Not a bug. You can play a prebuilt to get to the skills. But if you do a custom you have to unlock them through faction.

Was the same way in the Factions PvP event. I do agree it is stupid though.

well would be stupid if you got every skill unlock at the event automataicllay, so just unlock those skills you want and play, or just play premade build.

besides, they are also testing the unlock rate for the new Flames of Balthazar. If they unlocked all the skills, they would not be able to see how these actually work.
