Will people stop calling him a noob if he has his 'own' touch ranger build? Or does using the build define you as one anyhow?

Blood - 12
Expertise - 12 + 1 + 1 (or 12 + 1 + 3)

Offering of Blood
Vampiric Bite
Vampiric Touch
Plague Touch
Whirling Defense
Dodge

Some take rez signet and throw dirt. I've seen others use Zojun's Haste as well as the above.

Here's my take, for farming in PVE... leaves me in a 75% stance 100% of the time. Probably not the most efficient becasue of no energy management, but it works for not getting hit while regening energy.

16 Exp
12 Blood

Vamp touch
Vamp Bite
Barbed Signet
Throw Dirt
Life Siphon (good for enemies who can't reach you)
Escape
Whirling Defense
Lightning Reflexes

Druid's armor
20/20 blood staff with +60 health (some will go +5 energy, +30 HP)

At 16 expertise, you can chain your stances indefinitely.

Escape - Whirling - Escape - Lightning -Escape - Whirling, etc

The good thing about having Escape on as every other stance is that you're more likely to get out of trouble if trouble finds you. Barbed Signet doesn't really give you much net health since you have to sac to use it, but it can finish an enemy off without using energy. You will take minimal damage from enemies, and can just usually stand still and wand them when your energy gets low. Throw dirt if necessary to buy time, and always leave enough energy for your next stance. I practiced this build soloing grawl outside Port Sledge, and now that I got the hang of it, I can take it to a lot of places.

Strong against: melee and ranged
Weak against: degen, spells, traps

But then, so is every touch ranger, so go figger.

Here's the setup I used on my ranger

Barbed Sigenet
Vampiric Touch
Vampiric Bite
Enfeebling touch
Offering of Blood
Zojuns Haste
Plague touch
Ressurection Signet

15 expertise (12 + 1 + 2) - (the extra +1 expertise won't do much, and it sacrifices a lot of extra hp)
12 blood
3 curses

Druids armour for energy, the blood knife you get at the collector in the Marketplace (+1/20, +30 hp), and an axe or a sword (with no req.) with a +7 vs physical mod

Or maybe you should stop using over-rated internet 'insults' and decide to learn the actual meaning. 'Copying' does not mean you are a 'noob'.

Moved.

Just to reiterate, use the search function.

Now, the build I use is:

Expertise: 16
Blood: 12

1. Touch of Agony
2. Vamp. Touch
3. Wallow's Bite
4. Vamp. Bite
5. Plague Touch
6. Order of Blood
7. Dodge/Whirling Def./Throw Dirt
8. Rez Sig

I usually bring Dodge for the speed increase. I also find that I just press 1-2-3-4, then repeat. That simple. 2-4 and repeat if low on health.
