Operating temps

Hey all, i was wonderwing whats the max safe operating temperature for motherboard / cpu / gpu?

Currently my idle temps are:

Temperatures
Motherboard 40 °C (104 °F)
CPU 44 °C (111 °F)
Maxtor 6Y120L0 37 °C (99 °F)

Cooling Fans
CPU 5625 RPM
Power Supply 2163 RPM

My room is REALLY hot and humid right now.. im not sure its a safe place to use a computer..

I have 3 case fans installed, one on the side pannel, one above the gpu, and one just under the psu on the case.

do you have a program that measures the temperatures in your case or did it come with one of the fans you bought/your motherboard? J/w cuz i wanted to find a program that measures the temperature in the computer if possible

Everest is a program i use to monitor all temps in my pc, google it

Its pretty hot...but I think its ok. I would suggest an extra fan. Running Oblivion on a new computer (not mine.. I wish :P) The temperature is:
HDD-26c
CPU-27c
Motherboard-36c
