Very Nice Weekend

Congrats to ANET! This weekend was great. Had double faction for those of us who wished to farm it. Had a lot of great observer battles for those of us who wished to watch them. (yes, I probably logged 30+ hours)

Was a lot of fun, thank you.

Red Bull was worth it.

Had around 20 or so GvGs, our guild is rank 30 something now

We GvGed a lot. Got to rank 88. The next day we were rank 130 or so :S. Had fun though. Faced KYGU quite a few times though...we resigned like 3 minutes in lol.

For the nature of the games...The weekend was no where near "good". It was all SB/RI Vs. ThumpSmite (the most popular) Vs. Spike. Nothing else.

The faction was leet though.

Good faction, but if you're not into PvP the entire thing was kinda "meh"

And i'm really tired of that ... iq will certainly win and i'm not sure they are the best =D (on friday Ci vs Iq the two team played balance 25 mins win off Ci, saturday Ci vs Iq, Iq played Thumper with smit 5 mins Iq wins ... ) for wins in gw u need to no have dignity ...

It was fun weekend for GvG yeah.

I don't think ANet necessarily intended for the best guild to go on. The way I see it, they already had their finalists, and they figured they'd give the last spot to the guild that really wants it the most. iQ farmed rating harder than all the other guilds (only a couple guilds played more than them), and they showed they wanted the last spot the most.

Did the last spot go to the best guild? I myself don't think it did, but if ANet really wanted the best guild to continue, they'd have done their usual playoffs.

Regardless of one's opinion on the "best" guild, I don't think anyone can argue that iQ's not deserving of a spot.

I was personally rooting for MH until they stopped playing their 3-warrior adrenaline spike.

I think I'm going to be sick.

hm, a game who not the best who win is not a good game if anet wanted to know "who wanted the most " the last post, they should ask a letter of motivation, and not this stupid ladder ...(and why they have nerf all lame build before the ladder and no Petfury OO i don't understand realy ....) and no peace after ur "gg?" when u win

Lucky that iQ got such a huge lead on the second day otherwise we'd see some really shady things like resigns and ladder griefing.
