it's extremely old. look at the UI. i don't think even the WPE looked like that. it might be from E3?

This shot is quite old indeed. Probably E3 or before. The dragon sword you can get from random monsters drops (mostly from Zealots in Riverside, but also from various mobs in late BWE quests). You can craft the armor using NPCs. Ventari's Refuge is your best bet.

wow. screen looks nice upclose. all the pics ive seen of a drag sword. i didnt even notice the dragon head handle.hehe. i always focused on the flames.

Yes, that's E3. Few non-alphas managed to get their hands on a dragon sword in the E3. I just gawked at the occasional warrior showing it off.
