I don't see this anymore, but sometimes when you switched secondaries, you'd still have access to the skills from the secondary you switched from (until you zoned).

Ya the guy said he just salvaged a gold staff and got it...As for the quest bug, it was exactly like the people explained it in that link. I only ended up giving him 1 and it advanced it.

Ive only been to UW once (I am a necro, finding a group to anything, much less underworld, is harder than one would think). When we did the quest there one of the things your supposed to kill stayed way back behind a wall, so we had to kill it with spells through the wall before it would open.

I have a "prepatch" superior vigor that I put into a piece of armor prior to the artwork changes and salvaged it out last night (thankfully). It *still* has the minor vigor artwork.

i'm pretty sure the update made it so you always get your runes back when you salvage. not 100% sure on this though, just 87.5% sure.
