The mask-thing is a Grim Cesta or Deadly Cesta (can't remember which). They are a somewhat common drop. I've never seen one with good stats though.

EDIT: Doh! The pic says it's a Grim Cesta. *slaps forehead*

i think that it is another version af the flat bow....
it also looks a bit like a ithas bow, is the dmg only 15-25?

well it is called a long bow on the description and it only has 9-15 damage...
