Get Fraps (just Google fraps)

Then use Windows Moviee Maker to add titles, credits, music, and other stuff.

Not sure if it's still out, but there's another program called clipper that allows you to catch movies and stuff. Fraps costs a fee if you want more than 15 second movies, so that might be a problem if you're low on cash. Still pictures it can do, but you can already capture those with printscreen

I've got a question, I just made a movie, but it was 50MB, and that's far too much for my webspace, can anyone tell me where I can host this movie or how to get it smaller? Thank you !

well its kinda like taking SS... you get fullscreen .bmp, then you cut away what you dont need and save as .jpg

so you edit the movie - cut away the useless - lower the FPS and the solution... and o/c choose the right codec/container for your movieclip...

editting those things should lighten your file... dont know if its gonna be enough
