Remember that ugly girl Sanyi you had to follow and kill to complete Hero's Challenge? While doing that quest yesterday I noticed a very strange thing. As you might remember, she stands right outside Copperhammer Mines. I didn't have that on the map so I took the henchies and fought my way form Iron Mines. We came to the portal, I saw her standing there, but went in the town just in case something bad happens. Then I went outside again to complete the quest and noticed that she had a different sword
 . Strange... I decided to do a little research and rezoned about 30-40 times to check that out... Here are the results:(Link) Of course, after some time swords began to replay. I was hoping to see her with a crystalline  , but eventually got bored and finished the quest.She also changed her offhands. She usually had a monk focus (divine simbol or protective or healing icon), but 2 or 3 times she had a shield. I searched on the forum but didn't find anything about that. As far as I know, there are no other NPCs that change their weapons so I thought you might find this interesting. Maybe not worth creating a new thread, but yeah...

almost every npc that carries weapons change when you zone :l

Oh man... I just checked some collectors and yes they also change their weapons... Stupid me

thats not the only thing about sanyi, when you do the vilinavie of galtrah misson, some of the boss near him have the sanyi models. would have took a screenie but could not get a good one, also the bandit there are pretty. kinda look like assasin.

The pipe-smoking sanyi model is the same as the Blood Sworn Bandits in pre-searing.
Regarding NPCs and shields, I noticed that the dwarves in droks were using skeleton shields during the halloween update. |

evennia's sister lady who kills herself in ice caves of sorrow has a diff wep every time in the cutscene(after she gives bow to evennia)
