Of course if you'd been around you could have singlehandedly stopped them...from having fun?
I don't know what there is to be so negative or fearful about here, but you're displaying a horrible attitude that has no place on these boards.
Have a specific counter? Post it. Dislike the build concept? Fine. Claiming a build is retarded and boasting about your abilities (with nothing to back it up)- unacceptable.
On-topic: Nice to see something else working and people enjoying the process. Good point about the potency of flexible builds with good players behind them.

This is pretty sweet. You get additional awesome points by a) making a team with 8 wars and winning HoH and b) including 8 pets as an important part of the build.

Tried something similar with ODT in tombs, except all axe wars with eviscerate and some spirits. Conditions are a killer.

R/Ws using healing spring, necro running well of blood + death nova pets. If you want to incorporate I will avenge you, regen caps at 10 (i think), so having atleast 4 pets dead will allow you to take full advantage of IWAY. (you might not even need it with a well of blood/power up and healing springs, and therefore, dont have to waste a skills lot =P, unless of course you want reassurance..)

If more than one dead ally is around, then IWAY will simply last longer. The health regen does not accumulate.

Just to be clear, this isn't our build. PuG came up with the concept, and we thought it was too awesome to pass up.

I've played both with and against that build several times now (in fact I believe I was the first victim of it on the march to the Hall in the initial screenshot). It's really surprising how effective the build is, and I think that surprise is its biggest strength. The 8 man offense just punishes mistakes or sloppy play, and while the build is emminently beatable if you know what you're doing, if you get a bit confused or start to falter you're just going to get run right over.
Most teams today are simply unprepared for an 8 Warrior offense. 3 Monks are great for holding off 5-6 attackers, but 8 will break a surprising majority of Monk trios. To that end the build has a surprising amount of staying power as well. The perma-Frenzy plus health regen of IWAY is solid, no doubt, but it's the Ressigs that are a clutch part of the build. Usually they'll get 3-4 kills on your team early on, but you just keep pounding and res your teammates right back up while the Monks simply wear down and get overwhelmed. Warriors are surprisingly robust and wiping out a pack of eight of them is non-trivial, especially when they keep on ressing (the key mistake that lost us that initial match in my first encounter with the build was leaving the Ghostly Hero at the spawn point - we killed well over a dozen of their Warriors and the Morale Bonus gave them a second wind of Ressigs, which was just enough to break our defenses.)
The build is outstanding on relic maps - none of your characters have any real interdependency so you can all run off and abuse mismatches in ways other teams could only dream of. Dais is nasty - you have to gank, but your hero is so fragile that you pretty much have to wipe out both other teams before you even bring your hero down. The actual 1v1 fights are really a test of whether the other team knows what they're doing or not. If they're unorganized or sloppy you'll roll them, while if they stay tight they should be able to stay alive long enough to punish your lack of defense.
Besides the obvious Warrior hate, there are some particularly effective weapons. Tainted Flesh, for starters, simply butchers your team and there's little you can do about it. Smiting can punish this sort of team as well, but you need to force them to bunch up. Wards and Aegis continue to be solid. But in general you just have to play the match like it's a two minute dais match - they're going to throw everything they have at trying to drop you quickly with no plan B, but if you can hold that off for even a little while, you'll wipe them out with superior staying power.
All in all it's a great, fun build to run in a PuG when you don't want to be super serious.
Peace,
-CxE

The Pet Build has been around a lot longer than this, and they've been using I Will Avenge You on their hammer guys for at least a couple of months now. Looks like its finally caught on and gone "public".

damnit, I hate when people do this. Now every team in HoH will try this, and my guild will no longer dominate with this build
all though that team is missing an important factor that seperates my guild build with an all war one
and if there are 2 many of these I know the perfect counter that will own a all war team
