Oh, I have an idea.. For the next halloween event they could have it so it turns then it will have red eyes and you have to pick your character in a time of less than 30 seconds before it jumps out and eats your character or knocking it over into the ocean then seeing as gw characters can't swim they'll drown then the whale will be laughing and then it will go down after your character and you will be in pure terror realizing the character had your last salvaging kit then you'll send your other characters to go down and scubadive for it then realize the water is full of man eating piranhas and... Well thats my imagination. WOO I LOVE COFFEE!!1

I think all areas except for towns should be free-roaming and they should add swimming. They could doing by making far away areas turn into textures until you get closer. One big outside zone!
