It works, but those pics look like crap. I'd rather have a larger file size than an ugly picture.

And finally we have an answer to the long anticipated question - "Can you run Guild Wars on a commodore 64?"
I say the quality of these images is proof positive
/sarcasm
Never heard of the "world of screenshots" ... anyone else use it? I've been using imageshack until I feel like setting up a server of my own.

BalronSlayer: Yes, you can if you like become a member, be warned though that the site is in Beta and is being developed all the time so a Database wipe although unlikely may happen, also becoming a member will allow you to see the images in a much better resolution.
If you want to help out I would be glad to have others posting Screenies there. (Besides my friends hehe)
Lord Iowerth: Perhaps I havent explained this well enough. I wanted feedback (and I thank you for it). I am an avid gamer (you name the RPG / FPS and I have probably played it).
I have seen all to many times on boards like this, where people post a screenshot up on a forum only to see "sorry this image's bandwidth is exceeded".
I decided to create a site to try to change this.
Yes when your not logged into worldofscreenshots.com you see the image as poor quality. This does not mean that a higher quality image isnt there (it is), as a matter of fact the original image that was uploaded is stored.
As for hearing of Worldofscreenshots .. well the code has been forming for the last 5 to 6 months in my spare time, Lately I have been devoting more and more time to it. some of the most recent days have been 14 hours at a clip. Im not trying to be an imageshack or fotolog (I do have plans for a fotolog type site) or flikr... Im looking to cater to the screenshot or shall I say Gamer community. If a game is not in my list of upload types I will expand the list then to include it.
I can tell you first hand since I run Worldofscreenshots that no one else uses it. Save a handful of people. But those that help and provide feedback to make it better will be rewarded.
BTW, I opened this to beta Feb. 1st, and nothing is in stone yet, so dont judge this book by the cover, thanks
