Anets new punishment system. They don't suspend you anymore, they force you to wear ridiculous clothes that everybody can laugh at.

I always thought an unremovable dunce cap that needed "in game time" to wear off would have been a good penalty for social misbehavior.
Of course, some people would go out of their way to get such an item.

It's a graphics glitch; wrong texture on the wrong place, basically. Which is too bad, because I think the pyjama-pants look better than the real deal.
