I see people posting that they want this axe because it is the "best looking axe" in the game...Obviously thats only their point of view, but I'm curious to see what it looks like.

I found one long ago. It looked just like a hand axe. I haven't seen any since so I don't know if I got one with the duplicate skin or that's how all of them look.

PS - I'm working on a screenshot collection of all the axes in the game (only looks, stats don't matter), so I'd really like it someone can post this screenie as well, especially if it is a different skin than the hand axe. Thanks.

I have never even heard of a max damage sickle. Can you imagine how many millions it would sell for?

i've heard of max dmg sickles, but i've never seen a sickle with a perfect dmg modifier ... they're very, very rare

i had a low damage one but just got rid of it and got some gold from merchant. I think it is one of the best looking axes in the game though.

In my opinion a sickle just looks like a choas axe without the glow.

Chaos is just so popular because of its glow but without the glow, I'd say handaxes/whitecythe or sephis/serpents are the most cool looking.

charr drop sickles a lot, i regularly find some when i'm hunting for charr hides for the fur squares. Biggest dmg i've had as drop is 6-12 with +10% while in stance

(still carry that one with me, just to look at it from time to time)

i love the sickle look, the whole design is cool, and i don't need a glowing axe anyway (sold my 2 chaos axes ...). Together with summit axes, hand axes/scythes and serpent axes, sickles are my fav design of axes ... too bad they're so damn rare

Personally I think Sephis Axe, or Serpent Axe are the best looking axes.

chaos axes look....out of place.

I didn't realise that was the hand axe, I always knew of them as White Scythe's / Krytan Axes - but I agree that they're the coolest looking

Would love a max damage modded one - I might actually make a warrior then, too bad I hate playing them + don't want to spend the gold on uber weapons that just look better lol.

The size is part of the reason I love it so much. From the first day I created my character, I wanted her to be a little cheerleader type with a huge deadly looking axe.

And the other poster is correct, I've only seen white scythes with the same skin as a hand axe. I don't know about the Krytan as I've only seen one or two of those; one I believe looked like a spiked axe. My hand axe is max damage and modded.... not very well modded, but I'm working on that.

Anyway, enough about my axes, this thread is about the sickle. Charr drop them? I'll have to go hunting.
