So what do we call this guy?
I don't know if a lot of people have seen this, I haven't seen any screenies posted so see for yourself. A kurzick encampment
The creature had no name when I moused over it a couple more of the encampment looks like they are moving in slowly

Yes you can use them as a henchie in Factions and if I remember correctly they are called Swallows. I think

At Hause Zu Heltzer, there were two of these available as henchmen. Sheena (Vile Henchmen) and Brutus (Blood Henchmen).

They are called "Rot Wallows" or "Fungal Wallows". They were Fungal on the Kurzick side, and Rot on the Luxon side.
