What is wrong with the two people who have played 2 months and been over 850 hours. There's seriously something wrong with your social life if you play THAT much.

Anybody ever stop to consider the possibilty some of these people just try to be cool and fake this.
Example: log on , minimize, shut down monitor , THEN GO TO BED over night for say 8 hours? Seriously it wouldn't take very many nights to build up a huge log.
Yes I know you are probably thinking, who tf would do something stupid like that. Yeah trust me people, some people in this world are just crazy. Simple as that.

If you could call that cool... I wouldn't even brag about it seriously, it only means no life

Nope. Not at all.
Can't be something wrong with a social life that doesn't exist. I work from home doing commissions and whatnot, so I have a lot of time to play Guild Wars. I'm anti-social and reclusive when it comes to human interaction, and find it much easier and more enjoyable to spend my free time on a video game than out with "real" people in the seething wasteland we tend to call "Public". If you happen to have a problem with the way I choose to lead my life, I'm sure I can nitpick and complain about that fact that you choose to live your life the way you choose.

I wont deny being crazy (in fact I am quite fond and proud of my insanity), but I will say that all of my hours logged are "legitimate" and have not been gained by leaving my game running while I sleep. Besides, I hardly sleep anyway, so that wouldn't get me that many hours...
Anyhoo I wasn't trying to be "cool" by posting the image showing my hours logged. I was simply showing the OP that he was not alone in his addiction. You'd have to be crazy to truly understand... Which, thankfully, I am, and therefore I do...

What chu talkin' bout, foo'? Havin' no life is da "in" thing, yo!
But seriously. Just because somebody plays a lot of games, it doesn't mean they have no life... It just means thier lifestyle is different from yours. I live at my desk (essentially); it is the location I have chosen for my work, play, and nourishment to take place. Insulting people for the way they choose to live thier life is stupid and cruel. I live in a stable, safe, and enjoyable environment and I am proud to say it. You live in a world of danger, disease, and dirtbag salespeople. I'd rather have no life than a life full of BS like that, thanks. I can make money to pay the bills by sitting at my desk, while many other people my age make money by repeating "Would you like to try a Value Meal today?" over and over (trust me, I know how bad it sucks... Been there, done that).
I shall cut this short before I end up writing a full page of lecture material on Society and the way it teaches us to live... Just try to remember that everyone is an individual who has the right to live how they see fit. Those of us who live at our desks have more than enough time to play games, such as Guild Wars.

Consider yourselves owned! This is from staying up way too late at night. Mainly 4-5 in the morning. I no longer do that though. 2 in the morning is when I go to bed now.

Ok, there's 730 hours in your average month (365/12). If you've played for 1587 hours, that means that you haven't played for 603 hours. That's 25 days out of 3 MONTHS :O. You play GW for 72% of your time! :O

I am saying this with all good and sincerity I have.
There are places you can visit that treat such conditions (and yes, they are serious medical and psychological problems). Game rehab centers and that kind of stuff. Because playing that much can't and is not normal. I am not saying that you don't have a life, and i am not critisizing the way any1 lives his life, but if u get to the point where you are going to bash you head against the wall if your guildwars accounts are suspended, then plz for ur own sake go to a hospital and tell them your problem.
Again i am not critisizing any1, but this does exist and is very common.
Lets say i HAD a friend that has this problem.

You strike a good point, fellow addict!
Yet, I must say, that in truth it is 2 months and 6-10 days. We seem to be rivals! Come, let us duel to the death!
And yeah, that'd be pretty hilarious to do, however my services are still required by my current guildies... I have sworn my sword, bow, and staff to the Rogue Killers legion.
May your journeys be long, hard, and full of tasty late-night snacking!

I just leave GW running whenever I go afk/sleep. Currently at 4582 hours over 8 months on one account, and ~500 on the other. Pretty sure some people have a lot more. Do I play 20 hrs a day? Pfft no.

To be quite honest I am disabled in real life. As such I am not able to get out much so the computer is all I have to communicate with real life. I use it to not only play games but make friends as well. Without GW I would not have made some great friends. I do spend time with my small real life family though. Although I must admit I may be going into a major relationship soon with a friend of mine all thanx to GW.
