Pre-searing, the northern side of the wall, some ways east from the gates. You can't actually get further in towards those doors in your pic as some invisible wall blocks you, if I remember it right.

Arid Sea is close, meaning it is definitely somewhere in the desert. Hint: Not *that* far out of the way.

heh your right, old riverside rune runs, that was one of my first postings here in the gwguru community I would go back and search for the thread date, but search is disabled at the moment(not like 5 in the morning when I posted that)

then I belive the area spawns got changed to have mesmers and rangers...
