99.9% of the Guildwars population, I am guessing, have never been to these specific points on the map. One is really difficult to get to. The other is somewhere you'd probably never think, or have time to look for.

from ur hint #2 may b the end of the Mission outside South gate, ppl won't walk out bcos they all want to protect the Ghostly Hero.
i think there is a boss outside and the place in ur pic is in the South East of that boss
