Kosh,
You'll have to host your pictures someplace (like the ever popular Imageshack) and use the IMG tags.
And that looks like the peak outside of Ice Tooth Cave.

Well, that moon only appears in the Riverside Mission. It's the only place in the game where a full moon is visible.
Given that there's little environmental information available, other than the few architectural details, I'm guessing that you're standing near a tower or near the fortress where the Scepter is retrieved.
It is probably not from the cutscene, as the moon only appears in the final shot as seen through the bridge over the river.
Here's an example of a screenshot from that mission that features the moon.

Iron Horse Mine. The whole warping in and out to do several quests annoyed the hell out of me.

Dang, I thought I had a hard one! Sai of Winterland [edit to correct] that is where the mineral springs crafter is.
And I do know where Boxterduke is, too, but will keep my lips sealed.
If the moon thing is from the desert arena, then that would explain why I'm not familiar with it, since I hardly ever pvp.

I think I was there last night. Isn't there some cave in Pre near the Barradin Estate that has some Hulking Stone Elementals in it? I think it's NE of the ruined temple thing from earlier in the thread.
