Big 'ol Canthan city. There are a group of 3 or so armourers there, just pick the style and stats you want basically.

If there were beta testers, I wasn't one.

I'm honestly curious as to whether it's coincidence, or maybe some dev was browsing forums, saw my name, and thought it appropriate.

Ha, yeah I saw that and remembered the name Kakumei of some forum member or other.

I don't have a screenshot, but there is an NPC called Symeon in Cavalon, not to mention Symon in Ascalon City.
